Choice of Law and Venue

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
