One platform for DOT and OSHA training, built for the people who drive, operate equipment, and work in the field. Available to public agencies through Carahsoft.
A public works employee may hold a CDL, enter a confined space, operate heavy equipment, and handle hazardous materials in the same week. FMCSA, OSHA, and EPA rules all apply to that one person, and the training record has to hold up in an audit years later. Most agencies buy driver compliance from one provider, OSHA training from another, and reconcile the two by hand.
Sentry Road covers that employee in one system, under one administrator, in one record. When an auditor asks what someone completed and when, the answer is one export instead of three.
Driver compliance from one vendor, OSHA training from another, records reconciled by hand.
One system, one administrator, one record. One export when the auditor asks.
Sentry Road is available to public sector customers through Carahsoft Technology Corp., a distributor holding pre-negotiated contract vehicles with federal, state, and local government buyers and cooperative purchasing organizations. An agency that already holds one of those vehicles can purchase without running a separate procurement.

Some requirements run on a calendar. Many are event-triggered: retraining is due when equipment, procedures, or job assignments change, or when an incident shows the training did not take. Audits find gaps in the event-triggered column.

Sentry Road films on site at the agency's own facility and builds training around the actual equipment, the written procedure, and the people who do the work. Source material can be a standard operating procedure, a safety manual, a checklist, an incident report, or a corrective action finding. Sentry Road hosts the finished course, maintains it, and updates it as procedures change.
This matters most after an incident or an audit finding, when the training an agency needs does not exist yet and a catalog title is not a real answer.
SOPs, safety manuals, checklists, incident reports, corrective action findings.
Filmed at your facility, hosted and maintained by Sentry Road, updated as procedures change.
Standard commercial software terms rarely survive a government procurement. Automatic renewal, unlimited customer indemnification, and vendor-controlled changes to terms are not things most agencies can agree to. Rather than renegotiate that on every deal, Sentry Road maintains a Public Sector Addendum that modifies our standard terms for government customers.
"Sentry Road is one of the most efficient and effective training platforms I've experienced in 30 years of Safety. With Sentry Road, you can create corrective action training and have it pushed out to your employees in as little as 24 hours. Easy access to documentation records when it comes to DOT, OSHA, EPA, or Railroad Inspection audits is excellent value to be able to produce in a moment's notice."
Heniff is a bulk transportation carrier operating under the same FMCSA and OSHA requirements as a public fleet.
2,700 employees trained across drivers, shop personnel, depot operators, rail transload, and office staff. 107,000 lessons completed in a year.
In most cases, yes. Sentry Road is available through Carahsoft on pre-negotiated contract vehicles held by federal, state, and local governments and cooperative purchasing organizations. If your agency already holds one of those vehicles, the purchase can be made under it. If you are not sure which vehicles your agency holds, contact us and we will work it out with Carahsoft.
Yes. Our Public Sector Addendum removes automatic renewal for government customers, limits payment obligations to funds appropriated and available for the period of performance, and allows an agency to end the agreement at the close of a funded period with no charge beyond fees earned through that date. If an agency terminates for convenience, prepaid subscription fees are refunded pro rata for each full remaining month. Fees for work already delivered, such as a completed custom course, are not refundable.
Agencies can export complete training records and certificates before the end of a term. Many public sector customers have records retention schedules that run longer than a standard export window, so our Public Sector Addendum commits us to defer deletion while a written retention request is in effect. We will provide a complete export in a mutually agreed format.
A standard custom build includes one day of on-site production and up to two rounds of revisions. For corrective action training after an incident or audit finding, Sentry Road can build from an existing written procedure and deploy in a matter of days rather than months.
Yes. More than 50 published Spanish titles are available across the catalog, and custom courses can be produced in Spanish or additional languages as part of the build.
For standard catalog access, most customers are live within a few weeks of an order, depending on how quickly we receive the user roster and course assignments. A branded portal on a dedicated domain, single sign-on, or an integration into agency systems adds time and is scoped separately.
